Monsoon floods have displaced families across Pakistan's riverine districts. Beyond the emergency, we also support underprivileged families year-round with food, essentials, and community aid. Donations from anywhere in the world go directly to relief on the ground.

Who we are

Started by volunteers who wanted to act fast.

Sahara Foundation began as a direct response to this year's monsoon floods — a small group of volunteers moving donations straight to families who needed shelter, water, and food within hours, not weeks. As the flood emergency eases in different areas, we're extending that same direct-to-family model to support underprivileged households year-round.

We're an early-stage, volunteer-run effort — not yet a registered charity. We publish exactly where funds go on this page, and we're working toward formal registration so we can offer the same accountability as established organizations.

Common questions

Before you donate.

Is Sahara Foundation a registered charity?

Not yet — we're a volunteer-run relief effort currently pursuing formal registration. We publish exactly where funds go on this page and are committed to full transparency as we grow.

Where exactly does my donation go?

Funds are split between flood emergency relief and general poverty support (see "Our Causes" above), covering shelter, food, water, and medical needs — see the Transparency section for the exact breakdown.

How do I know my donation was received?

PayPal donations generate an instant email receipt. For crypto (USDT) donations, contact us and we'll confirm receipt directly.

Can I donate a small amount?

Yes — any amount helps. Note that card payments under $5 lose a larger share to processing fees, so $5+ donations go further per dollar given.
